The BIC is a service created by the European Comision for the SME instrument and addressed to Small and Medium enterprises (SME) and startups. The objective is to procide with modern tools for improving the company´s market orientation.
The service of BIC is focused to entrepreneurs and SME that are driving an innovative project and that are prepared to scale up and become international.
The main objective is to push the company strategy for bringing the new product to the market in a mos t cost effective way and then improve the company success probailities. There are e main values provided:

- Introduction to the Lean start up methodologies
